Report a factual or editorial issue
Include the exact page address and post number, quote the statement concerned, and explain what appears incorrect or unclear. If you are proposing a correction, include a reliable source or enough context for a moderator to check it.
Request a privacy review
Identify the account, page, post, username, name, quotation, or other information involved. Explain why you believe it identifies you or should be removed. Do not post identity documents publicly. A moderator may request limited verification through a private support channel when necessary.
Report a technical problem
Include the page address, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the device and browser you used. A screenshot can help, but remove open tabs, account details, student numbers, email addresses, and other private information first.
Account access
For registration, confirmation, sign-in, or account recovery problems, include the email address connected to the account and a short description of the error. Never send your password, recovery code, or a complete authentication link to another member.

Response expectations
Reports and support requests are reviewed by the moderation team. Repeated messages do not move a request ahead of others. Clear account or page details and a specific requested outcome make review faster.
